Cookie Policy.
Last updated: July 2026
MailViewed is built around privacy, and our cookie use reflects that. We keep it to the minimum needed to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with third-party ad networks.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It lets the site remember things between page loads, like whether you're signed in.
The cookies we use
Essential cookies only. When you sign in with Google, we set a secure session cookie so you stay signed in as you move between pages. Without it, you'd have to log in on every click. These are strictly necessary for the service to work, so under most privacy laws they don't require consent.
We may also store a small flag in your browser to remember that you've seen our cookie notice, and to remember your dashboard preferences. These stay on your device and are never sent to advertisers.
What we don't use
No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking pixels. No selling of your browsing data. The tracking pixels MailViewed places are inside the emails you choose to track, so you can tell when a recipient opens them. They are not used to follow you around the web.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies anytime in your browser settings. If you block our essential session cookie, you won't be able to stay signed in to the dashboard, but the marketing pages will still work.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first. Questions? Email [email protected].
