These starter terms govern your use of Mail Viewed, operated by Optimaxor. By using the product you agree to them. Have them reviewed by a lawyer before relying on them.

Using Mail Viewed

Mail Viewed is provided free of charge during our early period. You may use it for lawful email tracking of messages you are authorised to send. Don't use it for spam, harassment, or to track people in ways that break the law in your jurisdiction.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put others at risk.

Availability

We work hard to keep Mail Viewed running, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. We may change or discontinue features, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Pricing changes

The service is free today. If we introduce paid plans later, we'll give notice, and early founder accounts keep their free tier as described on the pricing page.
