We want you to pay for MailViewed only if it genuinely helps you. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

The free plan

The core of MailViewed is free: unlimited tracked emails, read-receipt checkmarks in Gmail, and no footer on your messages. There is nothing to refund, and you can use it for as long as you like.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you buy a paid plan and it isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no hoops, no hard feelings. This applies to your first purchase and to renewal charges alike.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your order receipt. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, so the refund goes back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings or your order receipt. Your paid features stay active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. After the 14-day window we don't offer partial refunds for unused time, which is why we also offer monthly billing if you prefer to stay flexible.
