One tap on any tracked email starts a follow-up that threads into the original Gmail conversation.
Open any tracked email in your dashboard and press Follow up. Compose opens with the recipient and a 'Re:' subject prefilled — write your nudge and send.
- When the original was sent through MailViewed (Compose, or a Pro individual-copies send), your follow-up threads into the same Gmail conversation for you and your recipient.
- For emails sent natively from Gmail, the follow-up starts a new conversation — Compose tells you beforehand, no surprises.
- The follow-up is itself tracked, with its own checkmarks and timeline.
Pair it with the Hot badge: when a thread shows a reply or a genuine return visit, that's your moment to follow up.
