Set up your signature.
Paste your signature once in Settings — Compose appends it to every email, editable per send.
MailViewed can't read your Gmail signature (send-only access, remember), so you paste it once instead: Settings → Signature. Turn on 'Append my signature' and every Compose email gets it below a divider — still editable in each individual email before you send.
- Rich formatting works: bold, links, lists.
- Web-hosted logo images work; images embedded from Word/Outlook pastes are removed for safety.
