Cancelling
Billing → Cancel subscription → confirm. You keep every Pro feature until the end of the period you already paid for, and you're never charged again. No forms, no chat with a retention bot.
Invoices and payment method
Billing → Open billing portal takes you to Paddle's hosted portal for your invoices (PDF) and payment-method updates. Paddle is the merchant of record, so invoices come from them.
After cancelling, your data stays; you just drop to the free plan's limits (like 30-day history) when the paid period ends. Upgrade again anytime and Pro history is back.
