Export or delete your data.

Delete a single email, wipe your whole account, or export everything — no questions asked.

One email: open it in the dashboard (or hover its row) and delete — tracking stops and its data is gone immediately.
Everything: Settings → Delete account. All your data — including recipient data attached to your emails — is wiped within 7 days. Backup copies age out within 30 days.
Export (Pro): Settings → Export my data downloads everything we hold about you as a file.

Deleting the extension alone doesn't delete your account data — it just stops new tracking. Use Settings → Delete account for a full wipe.
