Export or delete your data.

Delete a single email, wipe your whole account, or export everything. No questions asked.

One email: open it in the dashboard and press Stop tracking this email (or hover its row in the list and click the bin icon). Tracking stops and its data is gone immediately. One thing stays: the web addresses behind any tracked links, with no connection to you or the email, so the links in copies already in people's inboxes keep working (a link whose address itself contains the recipient's details is dropped with the email). Clicks on them are not recorded, and the addresses age out within a year. Deleting your account removes them too.
Everything: Settings → Delete account. Your data, including recipient data attached to your emails and your Gmail connection, leaves our live database immediately, and any subscription still billing is cancelled. We keep only our billing record (your email address, Paddle IDs and dates). Backup copies are deleted after 30 days, except the three newest.
Export (Pro): Settings → Export my data downloads a JSON file with your account details, tracked emails, recipients, opens, clicks, notifications, and templates.

Deleting the extension alone doesn't delete your account data. It just stops new tracking. Use Settings → Delete account for a full wipe.
