Open Billing
In your dashboard, go to Billing. On the Pro card, use the switch to choose Monthly ($2.99 a month) or Yearly ($23.99 a year, save 33%); Yearly is preselected. Then press Upgrade to Pro. Outreach is bought the same way from its own card: Monthly is $9.99 a month, Yearly is $79.99 a year, and the button reads Upgrade to Outreach.
