Using multiple Gmail accounts.
Each account pairs separately and keeps its own dashboard. Tracking never crosses accounts.
MailViewed is fully multi-account aware. The extension detects which account each Gmail tab belongs to and keeps identities separate, even with two inboxes open side by side.
- Link each account you want to track once. Sign in at app.mailviewed.com with the first. For every other one, open Switch account and sign in with that Google account. The plain sign-in page can't do this: it takes you straight back to the dashboard you're already signed in to. Each account gets its own dashboard and pairing.
- Sends are attributed to the account that sent them, per tab.
- An account you never paired simply isn't tracked (emails send normally). From extension 0.7.23, the label next to Send in that account's Gmail reads Sign in to track. Click it to link that account.
Opened a link to a tracked email while the dashboard is signed in to your other account? You'll see a We couldn't find that page saying it isn't in this account. Its switch accounts link signs you out so you can sign back in with the right account — the data is fine, it just belongs to your other account.
